Reviews and Ratings
This hotel offers a charming stay with its elegant lobby and well-maintained grounds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, complemented by delicious meals. Nevertheless, my stay was slightly marred by minor room issues and the absence of a swimming pool. Overall, I found it to be a great place to recharge after a day of adventures.
This lodge offers beautiful grounds with a vast garden that grows vegetables used in the restaurant, and the overall ambiance is relaxing and lush. The chef was attentive and checked on vegan preferences, which was a plus. However, our stay was marred by inconsistent amenities, like running out of hot water and overpriced bottled drinks. Additionally, the promised lake access was misleading as we had to pay for guided walks to get there.
Our stay at the hotel was a delightful experience, with a beautiful location by the lake and vibrant gardens. The rooms provided a clean and comfortable retreat after our long journey. We enjoyed a great dining experience, especially during breakfast, although the value for the bottled water left something to be desired. The vast gardens were impressive, but we were a bit disappointed that walking to the lake required a guided tour rather than self-exploration.
The Arusha Serena Hotel offered a charming experience as part of our safari package. The round rooms were quiet and had a lovely appeal. While it’s a bit off-the-beaten-path and not walkable to nearby attractions, the meals at the upscale restaurant were quite good and the staff was attentive. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay, although it's not ideal for those seeking a bustling location outside the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful, nestled in beautiful lush grounds with lovely views of the lake. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. However, the dining experience could have been better, as the offerings varied quite a bit during my stay. Overall, it provided great value for money, especially considering the spacious and clean environment.
